I have been using Clearfield Recruitment to supply both blue collar and white collar operatives for the past eight years whilst at ISG Retail and Overbury. I have always been completely satisfied with the candidates that they have supplied as well as the level of service they continuously offer. I speak with both operational staff and accounts staff at Clearfield, all of which are always polite and extremely helpful, nothing is too much trouble; I would especially like to mention Lauren Hammond (Account Manager) & Kris Meadows (Director).

Clearfield have supplied Styles and Wood since 2014 as a preferred supplier on our fully audited and monitored supplier programme. Our teams have always found them to be very responsive, providing reliable and high quality freelance and temporary staff across a broad range of projects and locations. In 2018 Clearfield were nominated by our business teams onto the shortlist for Supplier of the Year, the first time for a recruitment provider, which shows the great working partnership we have in play. They go the extra mile in understanding our business, getting ahead of our requirements and most importantly providing constant support to the our project teams at the sharp end of the business.

I would like to highlight my appreciation for the service that Clearfield provided my projects during the past 5 years with specialist site managers, and temporary trades & labour to the same sites. Clearfield provided the above service consistently to myself while at Styles & Wood, and once at Wates when our current suppliers couldn’t for fill my requirements notably Halifax; Oxford Street. It’s apparent in the previous service that you have provided you have a strong knowledge of the retail and commercial markets that Clearfield target.

Clearfield have provided an essential element to our delivery of ongoing retail and commercial fit out frameworks over many years. Their capacity to access excellent resources at often very short notice is far in excess of other partners we have used in past circumstances. Our out-turn quality across these projects is always very high, and on site a Clearfield supplied Manager is in the most part indistinguishable from someone on our home team. A very valuable long term partner, the account management staff at Clearfield have always been first rate.

I have only had limited opportunity to works with Clearfield, this was on the HSBC London QVs project. Predominantly, Clearfield provided site management and general labourer(s). The candidates were very good and met our expectations.
