About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Bricklayer's Labourer to join our team in Halesworth, Suffolk. This position involves supporting bricklayers by preparing and mixing mortar, handling materials, and ensuring the work site is organized and efficient. The role offers a stable work environment with the added benefit of indoor projects, ensuring that you will not be rained off the job.

Key Responsibilities:

Mix mortar ("muck") to the correct consistency for bricklayers
Transport and supply bricks and other materials to bricklayers as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Assist with the setup and dismantling of scaffolding as required
Follow all health and safety regulations on-site
Perform general labour duties to support the construction team

Requirements:

Proven experience as a bricklayer's labourer
Knowledge of mixing mortar and other relevant materials
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Strong physical fitness and stamina
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Familiarity with health and safety standards in construction
