Board changes at Clearfield

It is with huge thanks and great admiration that Clearfield announces the standing down today of Kris Meadows from its board.

Having spent the last 6-months co-directing both Clearfield and Jarrolds Glazing Limited, Kris has chosen to follow the thrill of another small business growth cycle by taking on the role full time of Managing Director for Jarrolds Glazing Limited.

After nine years with Clearfield, working with the founder, co-directors and staff Kris has played an instrumental part in the shaping and rapid growth of the business to create the vibrant and high achieving business that it is today.  From business development, client management and staff development, Kris definitely leaves his imprint on the business.

Kris Meadows, added: “Having started as a Client Relationship Manager” (my dodgy choice of title) generating permanent vacancies within the London interior fit-out market, to ending my time at Clearfield as Director and Shareholder managing the most successful teams in Clearfield’s history, the Leeds Office and all whilst also directly managing Clearfield’s largest clients; it has been a pleasure!!  From a cold, wet and leaking office of 3 when I joined in 2011, the business is now the leading Construction only specialist recruitment agency in East Anglia, as well as a solid strategy to replicate its success in the North! I would like to thank all my clients for their support and business, as well as all the candidates that have worked tirelessly to help with my journey. It has truly been a team effort.  I am extremely proud of what has been achieved by myself and Clearfield, leaving it in the solid and capable hands of the two existing Directors and the hardworking and knowledgeable staff!”
