Welcome Steve Burdass

Clearfield is delighted to welcome Steve Burdass into its Leeds based Northern team.
Based on strong growth in recent years and a strategic aim for the business to create a much larger presence in the North, Steve has joined as an Associate Director to help deliver our growth plans for the region.
Clearfield recognises the scale and importance of the substantial construction markets in the North East and North West regions, and is strengthening its team to ensure a continued excellence of service delivery for our current clients, and to help expand our client base and team.
Steve will be lending his considerable expertise to grow our team, including client development and talent acquisition. With 20 years’ industry and sector experience in the construction recruitment market, Steve has previously overseen team expansions similar to our ambitions for the region.
This is a hugely positive development for our business and a statement of intention for our continued growth.
