Responsibilities:

General Assistance: Provide support to skilled tradespeople, contractors, and site supervisors in their daily tasks and activities.
Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up barriers, ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
Material Handling: Load, unload, and distribute construction materials, tools, and equipment as required..
Site Cleanup: Perform routine cleanup activities, including sweeping, removing debris, and disposing of waste materials in designated areas.
Health and Safety: Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations on-site to prevent accidents, injuries, and damage to property. Report any safety concerns to the supervisor promptly.
Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
Follow Instructions: Carry out tasks as directed by supervisors and demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills and techniques.
Compliance: Comply with company policies, procedures, and industry standards at all times.

Requirements:

Experience: Previous experience as a labourer in the construction industry is preferred but not mandatory.
Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects, working in various weather conditions, and standing for extended periods.
Reliability: Punctuality and a strong work ethic are essential for this role.
