Site Manager (Royston)
Overview:
We are currently working with a well-established main contractor based in Colchester with a presence in Cambridge as well. They have a solid reputation for delivering quality projects, mainly within the residential market.
The business has a very healthy project pipeline hence them looking for an additional Site Manager.
Role:
• As a Site Manager you will responsible for the management of sub-contractors and ensuring the project runs to programme.
• The site is a 30 unit site in Royston.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Commutable to Royston
