Site Manager – Residential in Ealing

Overview

Clearfield are seeking an experienced site manager on a permanent basis for a family run main contrator in Ealing, West London with a project commencing on 24th July.

The Project:
A refurbishment of 9 residential units, with a new build commercial aspect as part of the scheme.

The ideal candidate will have experience in residential refurbishments and ideally within a circa 40mile commute.

Suitable candidates must have:
- Valid CSCS card
- Valid SMSTS card
- Valid 3 Day First aid
- Minimum of 5yrs in a similar site management role

Role and responsibilies include:
- Ensuring H&S policy on site is being adherred to
- Managing subcontractors against program of works
- Managing inhouse labour
- Communicating effectively with internal staff and subcontractors
- Keeping records of site paperwork including drawings, timesheets and material purchase orders
