Overview
Clearfield are seeking an experienced site manager, for a family run main contractor to cover a site in Greenwich, South East London.
This will be working on a D&B new build project, creating zero carbon homes.
A strong background in residential design and build contracts up to circa £6m would be advantageous.
Suitable applicants must have:
- Valid CSCS card
- Valid SMSTS
- Valid first aid
- Strong experience in residential new build scheme's
