Overview
Clearfield are seeking an experienced site manager, for a family run main contractor to cover a site in Ealing, West London.
The mixed use development will compromise ground floor commercial space and a refurbishment of residential apartments.
A strong background in residential design and build contracts up to circa £6m would be advantageous.
Suitable applicants must have:
- Valid CSCS card
- Valid SMSTS
- Valid first aid
- Strong experience in residential new build scheme's
