Site Manager – Residential in London

Overview

Clearfield are seeking an experienced site manager on a permanent basis for a family run main contractor in London, with a project commencing on Monday 24th August.

The Project:
General works include residential projects for councils and private clients, with some refurbishment contracts up to circa £6m in value.

The ideal candidate will have experience in new build residential and design & build contracts.

Suitable candidates must have:
- Valid CSCS card
- Valid SMSTS card
- Valid 3 Day First aid
- Minimum of 5yrs in a similar site management role

Role and responsibilies include:
- Ensuring H&S policy on site is being adherred to
- Managing subcontractors against program of works
- Managing inhouse labour
- Communicating effectively with internal staff and subcontractors
- Keeping records of site paperwork including drawings, timesheets and material purchase orders
