Overview
Clearfield are currently recruiting a Site Manager to join a well established construction company based in Essex. Salary between £45,000 - £50,000 + package plus all of the usual benefits such as annual leave and pension.
The initial project that you would be brought in for would be to oversee a housing development of 50 units which is due to be starting early 2020.
The ideal candidate will have a mixed background of working for developers as well as main contractors on commercial projects. Previous experience running a housing site is essential.
You will also be required to hold SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS.
