Overview
Clearfield require a site manager on a freelance basis in Sutton starting Monday 24th July.
Initially you will be overseeing and managing the final stages of demolition, before moving onto a commercial new build in East London.
The role will be working directly with the main contractor on site.
Hours: 8am-5pm
Duties will include:
- Producing daily works diaries
- Monitoring and managing heatlh and safety on site
- Recording of site paperwork and RAMS
- Overseeing and support subcontractors
Suitable applicants must have:
- Valid CSCS card
- Valid SMSTS
- Valid First aid
- Minimum 5yrs experience as a number 1 site manager
