Overview
Clearfield require an experienced site manager of an extensive high end residential refurbishment in Alderley Edge, SK9 starting immediately.
This is a multi-phase project with the first phase running for 18 weeks with an approximate value of £750k.
Due to the high end nature of the project, the suitable candidate must have:
- Valid SMSTS
- 3 Day First Aid
- Valid CSCS Card
- Strong background in high end residential fit outs
The suitable candidate will be responsible for health and safety, quality control as well as liasing with direct labour and M&E subcontractors.
There is also a requirement to provide progress reports and feedback to a director/contracts manager who will visit weekly.
