Overview
Clearfield require an experienced Resident Liason Officer in Brighton, East Sussex starting Monday 13th January.
The primary role will be to serve as the key point of contact between residents and our team. The successful candidate will manage day-to-day communications, address concerns, and provide support to residents during construction, refurbishment, or other community projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing their queries, concerns, and complaints in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with residents about ongoing projects, scheduled works, and potential disruptions.
- Work closely with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure residents are kept informed and their needs are met.
- Support residents in making formal complaints or providing feedback.
- Assist with preparing reports, documentation, and other written communication related to the project or community.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, ensuring residents' safety and well-being.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Resident Liaison Officer, Customer Liaison Officer, or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage with residents effectively.
- Knowledge of construction, housing, or community projects is desirable.
- A proactive approach and a strong sense of initiative.
Contract duration: Initial 3 month period, with potential of additional 1yr works
Location: Brighton, East Sussex
Payment: Freelance contract
