Work Experience:
Receptionist and/or Sales
Duties:
- Greeting customers and providing information about the company's products and services
- Manage phone and email enquiries, directing calls appropriate department or individual
- Maintain an organized and efficient reception area, ensuring that all visitors are comfortable and attended to promptly
- Processed sales transactions and assist with inventory management
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service
