Overview
Clearfield are seeking an experienced quantity surveyor for a growing main contractor near Chalftont St Giles.
The company are a growing family run main contractor, taking on residentially lead mixed use projects across London primarily up to circa £6m in value.
A SME background in main contracting is desirable, as well as knowledge of both JCT and design and build contracts.
Main responsibilities will be the procurement of materials, products, and financial management of your projects on a day to day basis.
Suitable candidates will:
- A Minimum of 5 yrs experience in a similar role
- Degree qualified or RICS accreditation
- Knowledge of JCT and design & build contracts
