Overview
Clearfield are seeking a property manager for a property management company in East London.
The property portfolio is a mix of both commercial and residential properties across London, mainly East.
The role will include but not limited to:
- Dealing with check in and outs
- Prepare properties for new tenants
- Organise safety inspections
- Deal with and organise any tenant queries
- Ongoing maintenance queries
Suitable candidates would have:
- Experience in commercial and residential properties
- Minimum 3 years experience in a property or block manager role
This role will be based from a head office in East London.
A salary from £30,000 - £40,000 will be available
