Overview
Project / Senior Quantity Surveyor - Main Contractor (Cambridge / Colchester)
Overview:
We are currently working with a well-established main contractor based in Colchester with a presence in Cambridge as well. They have a solid reputation for delivering quality projects, mainly within the residential market.
The business has a very healthy project pipeline hence them looking for an additional Quantity Surveyor.
Role:
• As a Quantity Surveyor you will work across 2 to 3 projects from pre-construction to completion
• Responsible for procurement, bills of quantities, sub-contractor negotiations and payments, progress updates
• There are several residential schemes based in and around Cambridge, there is also a plan to open an office there.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Commutable to Cambridge (ideally able to get to Colchester when required)
