Project Quantity Surveyor (£15M Scheme in Hackney) in Hackney

Overview

Clearfield are working with a privately owned medium sized regional Management Contractor / Residential Developer operating predominately in London. Due to continual growth and success, they are looking for a Project QS / Cost Manager to join them on a permanent basis.

Duties:
The role will be based out of their Hackney office working across 2 of their projects, one of these projects is a £15M mixed use scheme in Hackney, the other scheme is also based locally. The role will include a mixture of Quantity Surveying and Cost Management.
