Overview
Role: Project Manager (No.1 on site, site based, with visiting Contracts Manager)
Location: Manchester & surrounding area
Salary: Negotiable; £60k - £65k depending on level & experience
Contract: Permanent, PAYE, Full time Mon - Fri
Business: Construction company
Projects: Interior Fit-out & refurbs - Hotel, Leisure, Resi & Commercial
First Project: £8M Hotel Fit-out in Manchester; focus on drylining, MEP, bathrooms, decoration.
Start Date: ASAP - subject to notice / agreement
Certificates/ quals:CSCS card, First Aid, SMSTS. Degree is not a requirement.
Process: Send your CV to the hiring manager for review. If successful, an interview would be held, likely to be early next week (Monday/ Tuesday) on/ near site in Manchester. If that was successful a quick final interview with the Director would then be held.
