Overview
Our client who are a national house builder are looking to recruit a Managing Quantity Surveyor to join an experienced and high performing team on a full time, permanent basis. This role is to manage a commercial team on high volume residential projects.
Our client are an expanding organisation with a strong pipeline of work and are expanding in different areas of the business.
Ideally you will be degree qualified and have experience for a contractor on residential schemes. Our client are looking for someone long term and do offer clear progression opportunities for the right person. This role would also suit a Senior Surveyor looking to take the step up into a management position.
You will receive a starting salary of £70,000 - £75,000 with excellent benefits.
