Lettings Negotiator/Junior Asset Manager- East London in East London

Overview

I'm working with a highly prestigious client who are looking for an Lettings Negotiator/Junior Asset Manager to join them. My client is an innovative sales, lettings and property management company based in London who exclusively sell, let and manage contemporary high end apartments and commercial properties in unique mixed use developments!

Roles and Responsibilities:
·Dealing with all incoming calls from applicants and registering as appropriate
·Creating mailing lists for commercial enquiries and residential sales/lettings where required
·Organising and carrying out viewings/inspections of properties
·Clearing access to properties with current tenants at least 24 hours prior to any viewings
·Striving to increase rental income with every commercial and residential letting
·Providing feedback to landlords, tenants and applicants following viewings - keeping landlords updated of progress at all stages
·Managing the entire lettings process, including overseeing documentation, ensuring signatory copies are obtained and filled in the relevant server folder
·Reporting to colleagues where remedial repairs are identified in any commercial/residential areas during viewings, ensuring action is taken to assist with a professional look and future sales
·Maintain communication with current tenants weekly, ensuring you are providing excellent customer service and building rapports
·Uploading property details to Zoopla, Rightmove and other property portals
·Other methods of communication such as flyer campaigns are executed at regular intervals to gather interest in available properties/car parking spaces/storage facilities

Must Have:
·Minimum 2 years' experience as a letting negotiator and in Sales
·Strong team leader
·Confident communicator and approachable and friendly
·Great multi-tasking abilities
·Working to challenging timeframes in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a strong attention to detail while being able to prioritise your workload effectively
