Overview
Clearfield Recruitment are currently recruiting for a experienced Finance Manager for our client, a growing construction contractor based in Southwest Wales.
The Role will be overseeing the financial elements of this company from start to finish, as well as taking a broader back office management responsibility; this role would suit a proactive allrounder.
You will have had worked in a Finance Manager or Financial Controller role in a similar business and ideally be a qualified Accountant (although qualified by experience QBE' will also be considered). construction industry experience would be beneficial so you understand CIS legislation etc.
You will be a strong communicator and possess the managerial skills to take a lead in running the office and taking responsibility for payments and collections companywide (supported by a small team) as well as financial reporting and analysis.
