Design Manager - High End Joinery (London)
Overview:
We are currently working with a well-established joinery contractor based in North West London with an excellent client portfolio. They have a solid reputation for delivering quality high-end projects.
They can offer a stable, long career with progression to a more senior role in a growing organisation. They have a strong order book and diverse client portfolio proving a stable workload for the foreseeable future.
Therefore, they are currently looking to recruit an experienced Design Manager to join the business.
Role:
• As a DM you will create 2D drawings and 3D images of bespoke joinery based on architects' drawings
• DM for multiple projects simultaneously
• Client facing - Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial, as a Design Manager must be able to clearly communicate design concepts, specifications, and requirements to stakeholders, including clients, contractors, project teams and our design subcontractors.
• Understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety requirements.
• Projects will cover a variety of sectors: Particularly high-end / luxury office fit -out
