Overview
Clearfield are working with housing client based in Suffolk, due to continual growth they are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join them on a full time permanent basis.
Primary Objectives
·The Customer Service Administrator's primary objectives are to ensure the following:
·Provide a full and efficient administrative support to the Customer Care Department.
·Ensure that the company's Customer Care Expectations are always complied with.
·Maintain a prompt and polite telephone answering service.
·Always ensure compliance with current GDPR legislation and the Consumer Code for Home Builders.
·Have mutual respect and maintain a friendly atmosphere to ensure that the office is a pleasant environment to work in.
The Customer Service Administrator must effectively liaise with:
·Customer Care Manager
·Customer Care Operatives
·Existing Customers
·Prospective Customers
·Operations Director
·Head Of Construction
·Site Managers and Site Teams
·Sales Manager and Sales Team
·Buying Team
·Managing Director
·General Public
Key Tasks
·The Customer Service Administrator's key tasks include but are not restricted to:
·Dealing politely and efficiently with all customer contact and maintenance matters.
·Progressing maintenance matters expediently.
·Ensuring that customer correspondence is responded to promptly and professionally and that customers are kept well informed of all matters affecting them.
·Ensuring that customer records (both digital and physical) are kept up to date.
·Progressing outgoing correspondence.
·Maintaining efficient filing systems.
·Using Microsoft Office to produce letters, reports, presentations etc.
·Dealing promptly with incoming calls and ensuring that if an expectation of an outbound call is made it is adhered to.
·Providing printing, photocopying and scanning services.
·Proficiently operating standard developers computerised procurement system (COINS). Training will be given as part of the role.
·Dealing with warranties and customer handover information.
