This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-known, successful, and growing multi-disciplinary property/ construction consultancy firm, who have experienced continued growth over the past few years.
This opportunity sits within a fast growing technical department, offering support to both the Architectural and Building Surveying functions of the Consultancy, with brand new business wins in recent months this practice are looking to build on their existing talent.
The role will consist of;
Help with the concept and detail architectural design
Create models and drawings using ArchiCAD
Produce layouts and detailed drawings
Ensure consistency of design information with related specification information
Prepare building regulations submissions
Prepare technical reports
Assessing the environmental impact and other risks connected to design decisions
Help prepare design risk assessments
There will be opportunities of progression on offer and to grow with the business. you will be based in recently refurbished offices, well located in the town, with a project area focus of Suffolk, South Norfolk and North Essex predominantly.
