Overview
Clearfield are seeking an assistant quantity surveyor for a growing main contractor near Chalftont St Giles.
The company are a growing family run main contractor, taking on residentially lead mixed use projects across London primarily up to circa £6m in value.
You will be working alongside a team of experienced surveyors, working on JCT and design & build contracts.
Main responsibilities will be the procurement of materials, products, and financial management of your projects on a day to day basis.
Suitable candidates will:
- Must be able to commute to the Chalfont area
- Degree qualified
- Experience working in the construction industry
