Overview
Clearfield is working with a medium sized contractor based in Ipswich, since its formation in 1978, the Company has established itself as a client-focused building contractor, completing a wide range of contracts for blue chip and repeat business clients. The business is based at its Head Office in Ipswich but operates throughout the UK.
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Aftercare Supervisor with either NVQ or C&G qualifications.
Key Skills and Requirements for this role:
• To manage and organise sub-contractors effectively.
• Good communication skills across all levels.
• Basic IT skills to record and communicate activities.
• To have good knowledge across all aspects of construction.
• The ability to undertake general repair works to multiple trades.
• The ability to work as a team or on their own.
• Willing to travel and lodge away from home on an occasional basis.
• This role provides good rates of pay with bonus, overtime & travelling expenses
