Clearfield Recruitment is currently seeking a Administrator to support our client, a reputable company located in Trimley, Suffolk. As a Temporary Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support and contributing to the efficient operation of our client's business. This is a temporary to permanent position that offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organisational and administrative skills.

Key Responsibilities:

General Administrative Support: Provide a wide range of administrative support to the team, including but not limited to data entry, document filing, and email correspondence.

Data Management: Accurately input, update, and maintain various records and databases.

Scheduling: Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls.

Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails.

Documentation: Create, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations as needed.

Client Interaction: Act as a point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.

Office Management: Assist with office organization and maintenance, including ordering office supplies.

Project Assistance: Provide support on ad-hoc projects as required.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in an administrative role is highly desirable.
Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office suite.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
Punctuality and reliability are essential.
