Overview

Job Purpose

To provide admin support to the Frameworks team, mainly concentrated in the payroll process and liaison with candidates. Additional responsibilities will include Database work



Job Requirements/Skills




  • Minimum 2 years administration experienc
  • Good telephone manner
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Highly organised and able to multi-task
  • Attention to detail
  • Accurate keyboard skills
  • Strong IT skills – proficient in all MS Office packages
  • Self-motivated
  • Honest and trustworthy – will be seeing confidential information




Main Responsibilities



Payroll Management





  • Collating timesheets and candidate hours
  • Enter timesheets onto payroll system
  • Add new candidates/clients to payroll system
  • Weekly candidate reports
  • Completing validations and making amendments where necessary
  • Send pay instructions to internal finance team for new starters
  • Format weekly timesheets for all temporary candidate
  • Validate Ltd Company invoices against timesheets
  • Updating Loadsheet




Administration and System duties 





  • Adding jobs to the system
  • Adding new candidates to the system (through adverts, applications and through incoming calls)
  • Adding new clients to the system
  • Advertising jobs
  • New starter forms for candidates
  • Veriphy Checks (adhoc)
  • Answering incoming calls
