Job Title: Accounts Administrator

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices and payments, reconciling accounts, and providing administrative support to the finance department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process invoices and payments in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded and reconciled.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Prepare and distribute financial reports as required.
- Provide administrative support to the finance department as required.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Monitor and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in accounts administration or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
