Job Description:

Clearfield Recruitment, representing our esteemed client, is in search of an Experienced High-End Residential Tiler. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering exquisite tiling work, enhancing the overall aesthetics and quality of high-end residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Tile Installation: Perform precision installation of various types of tiles, including ceramic, porcelain, marble, and mosaics, ensuring a flawless finish and adherence to high-quality standards.

Surface Preparation: Prepare surfaces meticulously by ensuring they are clean, level, and appropriately primed to facilitate effective tile installation.

Pattern and Design: Collaborate closely with designers and project teams to implement intricate tile patterns and designs, aligning them with project specifications.

Grout and Sealing: Apply grout and sealants expertly to complete the tiling work, ensuring watertight and durable finishes.

Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to maintain the project's commitment to high-end finishes and superior craftsmanship.

Material Management: Efficiently manage materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring safe and proper usage.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and practices to maintain a secure working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

Qualifications:

Proven Expertise: A minimum of 5 years of experience in high-end residential tiling work, with a portfolio showcasing your previous residential projects.

Tiling Skills: Proficiency in the installation of various tile types and the ability to implement complex patterns and designs with precision.

Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for detail and an unwavering commitment to delivering outstanding craftsmanship.

Collaboration: Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with architects, designers, and other trades to ensure seamless integration of tiling work into the project.
