Happy 12th Birthday Clearfield

Clearfield turned 12 years old this summer, and we are beyond delighted to have started our 13th year with a record month, placing more candidates into work than ever before and with the financial milestones that come with it.

Our journey from a one-person single-client business to the class-beating 20-person team we are today has been an adventure and a privilege. We’ve had some great highs and some substantial lows along the way, but somehow, we’ve managed to emerge stronger each time – this has always been based on the tenacity and capability of our squad.

We’d like to say a huge thank you to the large cast of clients, candidates, current team and past staff – all of whom have had an impact on the journey to where we are today.

To celebrate our 12th birthday we will be donating £1 for every temporary placement and £10 for every permanent placement we make this year to the good people at LighthouseClub_ who support many people in need across our industry.
