To lead, develop and grow a team of Consultants within a specified Division of the business whilst actively building a profitable desk; motivating and coaching the team to ensure individual targets are met and also achieving company growth targets through the delivery of a targeted business plan.

  • Highly motivated with a mature attitude and positive outlook
  • In depth industry knowledge of chosen sector and geographical area

Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure all company policies and procedures are adhered to
  • To devise a clear business plan for the Division in order to achieve company targets
  • Setting weekly & monthly GP targets and motivating staff to achieve these
  • Generating new business for the Division, building strong relationships with key clients at senior level and developing the existing client portfolio
  • Leading from the front in relation to all key elements of the job in particular business development
  • Growing and developing a desk within the Division, billing through the team once established
  • To keep on top of changes in the marketplace and identify new areas to target
  • Evaluate Division performance and recommend new strategies for performance improvements
  • Prioritise tasks, assign workloads and manage schedules through morning team meetings ensuring maximum productivity of the team
  • Promoting a positive work environment and ensuring a balanced and consistent mindset at all times
  • Designing and running quarterly team workshops around key development areas
  • Presenting to the Board on budgets, forecasts, team performance and key deliverables moving forward
  • Assist in employee recruitment, conducting internal interviews
  • To be a brand champion and cross-sell the complete Clearfield service offering
  • To champion usage of internal database (Bond Adapt)
  • Acting as an authority on all aspects of recruitment in chosen sector
