2016 was another strong year for the Clearfield business, with revenues up around 20% across the business.┬á Significant developments, including the opening and establishment of two new regional offices, one in Leeds in early 2016 and another in Stevenage mid-year, have created a larger infrastructure enabling a bigger platform for growth in 2017. “Increasing our team in 2016 by active recruitment paired with behind the scenes system and process improvement have increased our ability to be able to develop and deliver exceptional service to our large and varied client base. New internal infrastructure, databases and an investment in staff training have all contributed to our great year”. Says Kris Meadows, Director.

“Our re-structured Permanent Recruitment team has moved into another exciting growth phase. Having established permanent teams in all our offices, working with our existing contract teams, we are now offering a much more complete service to our clients. It also provides increased growth for the business, and greater opportunities for our existing staff”. Commented Josh Peacock, Director.

Another major feature of the businesses journey in 2016 was the re-investment of resources to develop our existing team. “Having a highly engaged and dedicated core team is the fundamental basis of being able to deliver excellent client service, and create the growth that follows. Our dedication to the development of all our team is unwavering”. Added Dan Jarrold, MD.

Reflecting a period of investment in the company’s capacity throughout 2016 the business is in great shape to take advantage of the opportunities of the market in 2017.
